Hector Guardia is a certified chef, baker, and pastry chef with over 24 years of experience in the food and hospitality industries. Known for his exceptional leadership and innovative vision, Hector has created over 150 jobs in the past decade, showcasing his dedication to fostering growth and development within the industry. With expertise in managing large-scale operations, developing groundbreaking food concepts, and leading diverse teams, Hector has built a reputation as a trailblazer in the culinary world

Carlos Ripoll

Carlos Ripoll, a master rice chef from Alicante and an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. Holding a degree in Business Administration and Management, he has been meeting the strong current demand for paellas in the restaurant market for 12 years. Carlos, trained alongside Michelin-starred chef María José San Román, has worked for many years perfecting rice cooking techniques in different parts of the world, at varying altitudes, with different heat sources, and under any condition. He has also developed cooking methods for various heat sources, including outdoor burners, indoor burners, convection ovens, and multi-environment ovens
